Somber Lake is a quiet label — a collection assembled slowly, each piece selected for texture, restraint, and mood.

Everything is released in small runs and shipped direct from the studio.

Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date you order for your items to arrive. That window covers production and delivery.

During a drop or a busy period, orders can sit at the longer end of the window.

If your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks, email somberlakecustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

The only exceptions are a shipping error on our part, or a defect in the garment.

If you were sent the wrong item, or something arrives defective, email somberlakecustomerservice@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Once we confirm a shipping error or a defect, we'll replace the item or refund it.
